Hello to All Action 2000 Members and Supporters,
We hope this Easter Sunday finds everyone healthy and thankful. With the current situation, we've witnessed many acts of kindness throughout our community. In the face of adversity, we continue to support our restaurants and their employees, we are shopping for the at-risk so they can stay safe in their homes, and even the Easter Bunny is still out there while maintaining social distance!
As one of the IRB support initiatives, we created the Information Support Document. The most current and updated version is below. If you haven't read it before, please take a moment to do so. One of the categories is "Local Support Resources". It includes The Shop and Drop Program for IRB Seniors which is now in its second week. We are pleased to share that a number of Indian Rocks Beach residents have reached out for help and also to volunteer. If you are 60+ and at-risk with needs for grocery shopping or medications to be picked up, please call 727-293-1664. Leave a message at the prompt and we will call you back shortly.
We all look forward to the day when our beaches are open, our restaurants and their employees are going full speed, and life is back to normal. Until then, please do your part to stay healthy! Thank you for reading this message.
