Beautifying & Preserving Indian Rocks Beach

This area in downtown IRB had long been an eyesore.   There was no easement for the City and the owners of the property would not care for the the area around their store.  It also had one of our Key West Style Pedestrian Shelters.  Every time it rained it flooded out the shelter leaving sand and dirt on the floor.  Negotiations with corporate management allowed us to fix the drainage issue and improve the landscaping in 2017.  We maintain this project through our Project Maintenance Group.
